功能性电刺激治疗对脑卒中患者偏瘫的临床效果

摘    要:目的研究功能性电刺激对脑卒中患者偏瘫的临床效果。方法选取洛阳市第三人民医院2017-04—2019-01收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者82例,采用随机数字法分为2组。对照组患者给予营养脑细胞、预防感染、康复训练等常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予功能性电刺激治疗,分析2组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率(87.80%)高于对照组(68.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白含量(GFAP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组,上肢和下肢肢体运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、生活能力评分量表(ADL)评分、脑卒中专用生活质量表(SS-QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能性电刺激对脑卒中患者偏瘫效果显著,可调节Hcy、GFAP、MMP-9、hs-CRP的表达水平,改善患者平衡功能、运动功能,提高生活能力和生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of functional electrical stimulation on hemiplegia in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods From April 2017 to January 2019,82 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment such as nutritious brain cells,prevention of infection,rehabilitation training and so on.The observation group was treated with functional electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(87.80%)was higher than that of the control group(68.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of(GFAP),matrix metalloprotease-9(MMP-9)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the(FMA)score,the(ADL)score and the SS-QOL score of the upper limb and lower extremity limb motor function scale were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of matrix metalloprotease-9(MMP-9)and high sensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional electrical stimulation has a significant effect on hemiplegia in stroke patients.it can regulate the expression level of hcy,gfap,mmp-9,hs-crp,improve patient balance function,motor function,and improve life ability and quality of life.
