“肺炎1号”联合西医常规治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的回顾性研究

目的回顾性分析"肺炎1号"联合西医常规治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床疗效。方法采取回顾性临床研究方法,按治疗方法的不同,将湖北省中医院收治的47例患者病历资料作为治疗组,汉川市人民医院早期收治的40例患者病历资料作为对照组。观察两组患者的临床疗效相关指标,包括退热时间、核酸转阴时间、临床症状积分、病情转归。结果两组退热时间无显著差异(P>0.05),两组新冠病毒核酸转阴时间差异显著(P<0.05),两组症状积分治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组死亡0例,对照组死亡1例,两组由普通型转重型各1例,无显著差异(P>0.05),通过治疗全部治愈出院。结论"肺炎1号"能缩短新冠病毒核酸转阴的时间,缓解患者的临床症状。

A Retrospective Study on the Treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 with"Pneumonia No.1"Combined with Conventional Western Medicine

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of"Pneumonia No.1"combined with conventional Western medicine treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:According to the different treatment methods,47 patients admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine were collected as the treatment group and retrospectively analyzed.The medical records of 40 patients admitted to Hanchuan People′s Hospital at the early stage were used as the control group.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed,including the time of fever,nucleic acid turing negative time,clinical symptom score,and the prognosis.Results:There was no significant difference in the antipyretic time between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the nucleic acid turning negative time between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).No patient died in the treatment group,and 1 died in the control group;there was 1 case in each group changed from normal type to severe type,with no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).All patients were cured and discharged after treatment.Conclusion:"Pneumonia No.1"can shorten the time of coronavirus nucleic acid turning negative time,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
