湖北省消除丝虫病后疫情监测结果分析

摘    要:目的搜索传染源,检验消除丝虫病成果,探讨消除丝虫病后的监测方法。方法采用病原学监测方法,对可能遗留有残存传染源地区进行搜索,对原微丝蚴血症者进行追踪观察;采用丝虫病疫情监测方法,在全省范围内搜索和发现可疑病例。结果对可疑残留疫点病原学监测5个县市5个乡15个村,血检13160人,均未发现微丝蚴血症者。对3个县市经治疗转阴后13年和18年的302例原微丝蚴血症者进行追踪观察,均未发现阳性者。全省丝虫病疫情监测亦未发现丝虫病例。结论湖北省实施以攻击传染源为主导的防治措施,消除丝虫病的成果是巩固的。在消除丝虫病后开展丝虫病疫情监测,可以最大范围的搜索传染源,及时发现可疑病例。

Abstract:Objective To seek the infection source,examine the achievement and study the method of surveillance after the elimination of filariasis. Methods Parasitological method was used to examine if there still remained infectious source in those areas,to make follow-up observation on the former microfilaremia cases,and to find out suspect cases in the whole province. Results Blood examination for 13 160 people were made in 5 counties, 5 townships and 15 villages which were suspected as residual epidemic areas,no microfilaremia case was found. Follow-up examination for 302 former-microfilaremia cases in 3 counties (13 years and 18 years after negative-conversion), no positive case was found. No new case was found in the whole province.Conclusion With the implementation of the method that aimed at the infection source, the achievement of filariasis elimination is stable in Hubei. The surveillance after filariasis elimination is necessary, because the infection source can be searched in a large scale so as to to find out the suspected cases, however,epidemic management should be further strengthened.
