职业康复对住院精神分裂症患者的作用

目的探讨职业康复对住院精神分裂症患者的作用。方法将69例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为职业康复组(35例,简称康复组)和对照组(34例),两组在入组后均进行生活料理、社会技能训练,康复组同时还进行职业康复训练。两组均完成了为期6个月的训练。治疗中对两组的精神症状(PANSS)、社会功能(SDSS)、康复状态量表、复发情况进行比较。结果1康复组PANSS、SDSS、康复状态量表评分在第6个月时均显著低于对照组,P均0.05;26个月中,康复组复发率(9.3%)低于对照组(17.6%),P0.05。结论在药物治疗基础上,对患者进行康复技能训练,能促进其病情逐步缓解、社会功能恢复。
