全髋关节置换术髋关节脱位的护理干预

目的:探讨髋关节脱位护理干预的作用,预防全髋置换术后髋关节脱位的发生。方法:对35例全髋关节置换术患者实施正确的功能锻炼,体位指导,出院指导。结果:通过对35例全髋关节置换术患者实施护理干预,患者均知道预防髋关节脱位的目的、方法及注意事项,所有病人均未出现髋脱位,弃拐融入健康人群中。结论:髋关节脱位的护理干预可以预防或杜绝全髋关节置换术髋关节脱位的发生,提高手术成功率。

Nursing of Total Hip Arthroplasties Dislocation of Hip Joint

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing of dislocation of the hip joint to prevent total hip arthroplasties dislocation of the hip joint.Methods 35 patients was guided and practiced properly on function rehabilitation.Results All the patients were aware the objective,method and related information after the nursing.None of them relapsed.All the patients are living normal lives now.Conclusion The nursing of dislocation of the hip joint could prevent total hip arthroplasties dislocation of the hip joint and improve the after-surgery rehabilitation.
