摘    要:目的探讨微创全髋关节置换术的优点及适应证。方法用微创技术完成46例全髋关节置换术,与随机抽取传统方法完成的46例全髋关节置换病例作比较。结果用微创技术完成的全髋关节置换病例较传统方法完成的病例有创伤小、输血量明显减少、髋关节功能恢复快且好的优点。结论(1)微创技术可以完成生物型、混合型、骨水泥型等各种全髋关节置换。(2)微创全髋关节置换术应选择新鲜股骨颈骨折或股骨头缺血坏死患肢短缩在3 cm以内的病例。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the advantages and indications of the hip joint replacement with microtraumatic technigues.Methods The 46 cases of the hip joint replacement operation with microtraumatic techniques were compared with 46 cases of the hip joint replacement operation with traditional methods in random.Results Compared with the traditional methods,there were some advantages of less wound,obvious decrease of blood transfusion volume and faster and better function recovery of hip joint in patients treated by micro-invasive operation.Conclusions(1) It can have accomplished the hip joint replacement operations of biological type,mixed type and bone-cement type to use the microtraumatic techniques.(2) We should choose the cases of newly-developed fracture of neck of femur or the cases of the wounded limb within 3 centimeters of ischemic necrosis of femoral head to use the microtraumatic whole hip joint replacement operation.
