| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中后癫痫的临床特点。方法对118例脑卒中后癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果脑卒中后癫痫的发生率为10.2%;以早发性癫痫多见;出血性脑卒中引发癫痫的比例显著高于缺血性脑卒中;病灶位于皮层的脑卒中患者易导致癫痫发作。结论脑卒中后癫痫很常见,多在卒中早期出现,其发生率与卒中类型及病变部位相关。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore clinical features for seizure after cerebral apoplexy.Methods 118 patients with epilepsy caused by cere-bral apoplexy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The rate of epilepsy caused by cerebral apoplexy was 10.2%,most of which were early-onset.Higher proportion of seizures was caused by hemorrhagic apoplexy than by cerebral arterial thrombosis.The formation rate of infection focus at cerebral codex is obviously higher.Conclusions Seizures are common in patients with cerebral apoplexy,and mo... |
