成人临床微生物学检验教学改革的探讨

为了改变成人教育沿袭普通高等教育办学思想和教育模式的现状,提高成人教育教学质量,实现培养高层次应用性人才的目标,我们从成人医学教育固有的特点和规律出发,对成人教育的学生管理制度、教学内容和方法、实验教学、考核制度等进行了一系列改革,使之符合临床微生物学检验工作的实际,提高学生的专业素质、操作技能和创造性,从而提高教学质量。

Discussion of Teaching Reform of Continuing Medical Education for Clinical Microbiology Laboratory

To change the situation of adult education following elementary education on spirit of schooling and educational model,to raise teaching quality of continuing medical education,to culture high-level skilling persons.Teaching of clinical microbiology laboratory has to be revolutionized.In view of the characters of continuing medical education,the article has explored the idea on the reform of student supervising system,teaching contents,teaching ways,experimental teaching,examination ways,in order to be in line with practical works,to improve teaching quality,and to elevate the students professional level,work skills and creativity.
