过敏性疾病患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子和趋化因子测定及其意义

摘    要:目的:检测过敏性疾病患者血清Th1细胞因子IFN-γ和Th2细胞因子IL-4、IL-5、IL-13以及趋化因子Eotaxin、RANTES、LTB4的水平,探讨其临床意义.方法:过敏性疾病患者64例,正常对照21例.采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、IFN-γ、LTB4、RANTES和 Eotaxin水平.结果:①过敏性疾病患者血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-13和 Eotaxin、LTB4水平较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).②IFN-γ和RANTES在过敏性疾病患者血清中的水平低于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05).③IL-4、IL-5、IL-13和LTB4彼此之间呈显著正相关(P<0.01).④Eotaxin、RANTES和IFN-γ彼此之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05).⑤LTB4和Eotaxin之间呈显著正相关(P<0.01).结论:过敏性疾病的发生存在多种细胞因子和趋化因子复杂的相互作用.

Abstract:Objective: To determine Th1/Th2 cytokines and chemokines in patients with allergic diseases and its clinic significance. Methods: Serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-5,IL-13,Eotaxin,RANTES and LTB4 were determined from peripheral blood of 64 allergic patients and 21 healthy controls with ELISA. Results: IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 and Eotaxin,LTB4 were increased significantly in serum of allergic patients compared with those of controls (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of IFN-γ and RANTES between patients and controls (P>0.05).Serum levels of IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 and LTB4 were correlated with each other(P<0.01).Eotaxin,RANTES and IFN-γ levels were also significantly correlated with each other(P<0.05).LTB4 was correlated with Eotaxin as well(P<0.01). Conclusion: A wide range of cytokines and chemokines is involved in allergic diseases,which may play their roles in a complex interactive manner.
