中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗扩张型心肌病的方法及效果。方法将2008年1月至2010年1月我院治疗的扩张型心肌病患者39例随机分为观察组20例（中西医结合治疗）和对照组19例（西医常规治疗）。对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗2周后,两组心功能及中医证候疗效的总有效率相比均有显著性差异（p〈0.05）。结论中西结合治疗扩张型心肌病能够发挥出明显的治疗效果,减少死亡率。

Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cardiomyopathy clinical observation interrelation

Objective The interrelation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment method and effect;cardiomyopathy.Methods From 2008.01-2010.01 of our patients treated expansionary cardiomyopathy 39 cases were randomly divided into observation 20 cases of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment （19 cases） and the control group （western conventional treatment）.The treatment effect of the two groups of comparison,Results 2 weeks after treatment,two groups of cardiac and curative effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome than the total effective rate it was significant difference （p 〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination therapy can play expansionary cardiomyopathy,reduce the treatment effect of the obvious mortality.
