| 摘 要： | 目的了解用秩和比法对医院病案质量评价的效果。方法采用秩和比法（RSR）对我院近5年主要病种病案质量进行统计分析。结果 20个病种病案被划分成4个病案质量等级。肺炎等4个病种病案为I级,病案质量最好;高血压等7个病种病案为II级,病案质量次之;脑出血等6个病种病案为III级,病案质量较差;胃癌等3个肿瘤病种病案质量为IV级,病案质量最差。结论 RSR对各病种病案质量的评价结果,可以较准确直观反映出研究病种之间病案质量的相对高低情况。医院应努力提高恶性肿瘤等疑难杂症的病案质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To find the effects of evaluating medical record quality with RSR statistical analysis.Methods To evaluate medical record quality of primary diseases in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College in Recently 5 Years.Results The medical record quality of 20 diseases were fallen into 4 grades.The medical quality of 4 diseases （pneumonia etc） in I grade was the best,7 diseases in II grade （hyper tension etc） better,6 diseases in III grade（cerebral hemorrhage etc） worse and 3 diseases in grade IV （stomach cancer etc） the worst.Conclusion The evaluating results of medical record quality among diseases studied may reflect relative high or low nicety and visually.The hospital should improve medical record quality of difficult and complicated diseases such as malignant tumors. |
