复方贞术调脂胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平及血液流变学的影响

目的研究复方贞术调脂胶囊（FTZ）对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学各项指标的影响。方法采用高脂乳剂灌胃SD大鼠2周复制高脂血症模型,根据总胆固醇（TC）随机分为模型组、FTZ高、中、低剂量组、血脂康组、非诺贝特组,各给药组连续给药4周后,检测血清胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）及血液流变学各项指标的变化（全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数）。结果 FTZ高、中、低剂量组能明显降低TC、TG、LDL-C和动脉粥样硬化指数（AI）,升高HDL-C,降低全血高、中、低切黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原高、中、低切黏度,高剂量组还能使红细胞聚集指数和刚性指数降低。结论 FTZ能调节高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,改善血脂升高导致的血液流变学异常。

The effects of Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi capsules on blood lipid level and hemorheology of rats with hyperlipemia

Objective To investigate the effects of compound Zhenshu Tiaozhi capsules（FTZ） on blood lipid level and hemorrheology in diet-induced hyperlipidemic rats.Methods Rat models with hyperlipidemia were established with intragastric administration with fat emulsion.According to serum total cholesterol（TC）,the hyperlipidemic rats were randomized into model group,groups administered with FTZ at high,intermediate,and low doses,and the control groups（including the group administered with Xuezhikang capsules and the group administered with fenofibrate） in the 2th week of the experiment.After continuous administration for 4 weeks,levels of serum TC,triacylglycerol（TG）,HDL-cholesterol（HDL-C）,and LDL-cholesterol（LDL-C） were tested,and the variations of hemorheological parameters such as whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity,RBC aggregation index,RBC deformation index,and RBC rigidity index）.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and atherosclerosis index（AI） in the groups administered with FTZ at high,intermediate,and low doses were significantly lowered,with HDL-C levels increased;and whole blood viscosity at low,medium and high shear stresses increased,plasma viscosity,and Whole blood reduced viscosity at low,medium and high shear stresses decreased.RBC aggregation index and RBC rigidity index in the group administered with FTZ at high dose also decreased.Conclusion Compound Zhenshu Tiaozhi capsules（FTZ） could regulate blood lipid level and abnormal ameliorate hemorrheology in diet-induced hyperlipidemic rats.
