| 摘 要： | 在回顾中、西医对绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)病因、病机的认识及针灸治则的基础上,提出积极改善膝关节功能,进行必要的运动训练,针药结合治疗是提高本病治疗效果的较好途径,同时引入生存质量评价,为针灸临床治疗绝经后骨质疏松症PMOP建立客观而优越的评价手段。

| Abstract: | Based on studies of etiology and pathogenesis of PMOP from the aspects of TCM and western medicine and therapeutic principles of acupuncture and moxibustion,the authors expound the clinical research thinking that improving the function of knee-joint aggressively,having some necessary exercise,treating PMOP with acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs are three good methods to achieve better clinical results;and evaluation on QOL before and after treatment can be an objective and excellent measurement on evaluating clinical results of acupuncture treatment of PMOP. |
