| 摘 要： | 目的 分析气管插管致声带麻痹病因，探讨有效治疗方法。方法 通过间接喉镜、动态喉镜检查确诊为声带麻痹患者，6例采用杓状软骨拨动术，4例采用营养神经和扩血管药物治疗。结果 10例患者经治疗均在1年内发音恢复正常。结论 气管插管引起声带麻痹采取正确方法治疗愈早，发音功能完全恢复时间愈短。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cause and effective treatment of vocal cord paralysis(VCP) due to endotracheal intubation.Methods 10 patients with VCP underwent examination by indirect laryngoscope or stroboscope,6 cases were operated by stiring arytenoids cartilages,4 cases were treated by medicine of nerve nutritive and vasodilator.Results All the symptoms of 10 cases were cured through treatment of one year.Conclusion The recovery of normal voice is obviously affected,the treatment of VCP is as early as possible. |
