不同剂量抑肽酶在心内直视手术的应用

减少心内直视手术出血及减少库血用量，可直接减少输血性肝炎和凝血机制紊乱等术后并发症。为减少术后渗血，我们将抑肽酶用于心脏直视手术中，以不同剂量和方法分为３组：Ｉ组抑肽酶总量５００万ＫＩＵ，ＩＩ组抑肽酶总量２５０万ＫＩＵ，ＩＩＩ组抑肽酶总量２００万ＫＩＵ。结果表明，术后２４小时渗血量实验组分别比对照组减少５６．４％、３５％、３７％，效果显著。

USE OF DIFFERENT DOSES OF APROTININ IN OPEN HEART SURGERY

The effects of different doses of aprotinin in open heart sugery for valve replacement were studied. In group 1(n=7), patients received aprotinin of 5 million KIU totally with 2 million KIU infused over 30 minutes after anesthesia, 1 million KIU by micropump until the end of operation, and 2 million KIU in the priming solution. Postoperative blood loss decreased by 56% as compared with the control group(n=8). In group 2(n=17) , patients received aprotinin 2.5 million KIU totally with 1 million KIU infused over 30 minutes after anesthesia, 0.5 million KIU infused until the end of operation, and 1 million KIU in the priming solution. Postoperative blood loss decreased by 35% as compared with the control group(n=15). In group 3(n=10), only 2 million KIU aprotinin was used in the priming solution. Post-operative blood loss decreased by 37% as compared with the control group(n=10).Aprotinin is effective to decrease postoperative blood loss in open heart surgery.
