VCA-IgA抗体检测鼻咽癌患者的应用分析

目的 :探讨VCA IgA抗体检测鼻咽癌在临床的应用。方法 :采用带EB病毒壳抗原 (VCA)的类淋巴母细胞株作抗原靶细胞 ,以辣根过氧化物酶标记羊抗人SIgA抗体 (HRP 抗SIgA)检测 5 4例鼻咽癌患者中EB病毒免疫球蛋白A。结果 :5 4例鼻咽癌患者阳性率为 90 .74 % (49/ 5 4 )、4 3例鼻息肉患者阳性率为 6 .98% (3/ 5 4 )、鼻炎患者阳性率为 1.0 3% (1/ 97)、5 0例正常对照无 1例阳性 ;结论 :检测EB病毒VCA IgA抗体对鼻咽癌的早期诊断 ,疗效观察以及预后有一定价值 ,尤其对一些单纯VCA IgA抗体滴度增高者 ,结合临床症状及病理切片指标更具有特殊意义。

Determination of VCA-IgA Antibodies in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective: To explore the significance of determination of VCA IgA antibodies in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods: The lymphoblastoid stain marked with EB virus capsid antigen (EB VCA) was used as target cells. The EB VCA antibodies in seria of patients were detected with HRP SIgA. Results: The positive rate were 90.74% in patients with NPC (49/54 patients), 6.98% in patients with nasal polyp (3/43 patients), and 1.03% in patients with rhinitis (1/97 patients). In contrast, no one was of positive in normal controls( n =50). Conclusion: The results suggest that determination of VCA IgA in seria of patients with NPC have a certain value for the early diagnosis as well as evaluations of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of NPC.
