摘    要:报道了115例高血压病合并脑梗塞患者.显示高血压的病程、分期和病人年龄均与脑梗塞的数目、面积有关.入院时和入院1周前(自病人入院时之1周)与脑梗塞数目和面积呈显著相关.其中有和无症状性脑梗塞数目、面积各自相互间差别显著.并以基底节区梗塞数目最多,占42.7%(123/288个),其次为侧脑、额叶.尽管脑梗塞与患者入院1周前平均动脉压最高值有关,但入院时其平均动脉压最低,过去一般水平时也未发生脑梗塞.因此提示血压过高可能以后有发生脑梗塞的趋势.但过度降低或治疗不当则有促发脑梗塞的可能.

Abstract:One hundred fifteen cases with hypertension complicated by cerebral infarcts were reported. The results showed that there were notable relations in the patient's age,the period and the stage of hypertension,and the locus and size of cerebral infarcts. The mean ar-terial pressure is quite closely related to the size of brain infarcts on admission to a hospital and the infarct size and locus over a week before being sent to a hospital . There are notice-able differentiae in the infarct size and locus between asymptomatic and sumptomatic patients. Among different regions of brain infarcts, most infarct occurred in the basal ganglia, 23.4% (123/288),and then,lateral in the cerebra and lobus frontalis. It is interesting that the mean arterial pressure is lowest on admission to a hospital,among three different periods of time or kinds of the blood pressure levels,which is just the acute stage of cerebral infarction. These results seem to reveal that the possibility of cerebral infarcts may occur later when the mean arterial pressure is higher. But highest mean arterial pressure is not able to result in cerebral infarction during the advance in hypertension in the past. Therefore,it is determined that the blood pressure of patients being decreased has an inclination to reduce the size and locus of cerebral infarcts,while very low blood pressure with hypertension is able to increase the risk of brain infarcts.
