中医湿热证证候模型的应用研究

中医温病湿热证证候模型的应用基础研究内容为两部分：一是研制湿热证动物模型；二是进行清热祛湿法的机理研究。结果表明，以中医温病经典理论为指导，在五种因素，六种造模方法比较的基础上，利用综合因素（饮食＋气候环境＋致病生物因子）造模方法，所复制成的湿热证模型，无论从发病条件、病变脏腑，还是主要症状体征均近似于中医湿热证型，具有重复性好及操作简单的特点。

Study on Application of Damp-heat Syndrome Model of TCM

Basical study of application of TCM damp - heat model includes development of damp - heat animal model and mechanism study of removing heat and dampness. Results indicated that under the guidance of classical thoery of TCM febrile diseases, on the basis of comparison of five factors and six methods of developing animal model, and the damp - heat models developed by means of combined factors (diet climatic surroundings pathgenic boilogical factors) approached to damp - heat syndrome of TCM in conditions of attack, affected Zang- and Fu-organs, and main symptoms and signs, with characteristics of good replace and simple manipulation.
