枸杞多糖对肾性高血压大鼠血管活性物质的影响

摘    要:目的:观察枸杞多糖(lyciumbarbarumpolysaccharide,LBP)对肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响,并探讨其机制。方法:采用二肾一夹(2K1C)法复制肾性高血压大鼠模型,并给予LBP观察其作用。结果:LBP可降低2K1C大鼠收缩期、舒张期血压;降低血浆及血管中丙二醒(MDA)、内皮素(ET-1)含量,增加降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的释放。结论:LBP通过降低自由基脂质过氧化反应,调节血管活性因子释放的平衡防止高血压的形成。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of lycium barbarum Polpeaccharide (LBP) on blood pressure and vasoactive in two-kidney, one clip (2K1C) model of renovascular hypertension. Methods and Results:The results showed that the increase of blood pressure in 2K1C rats was significantly prevented in 10% LBP administrated rats. Meanwhile, the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1 ) were reduced in aortic tissue by 32.69 % and 27.25 % respectively in LBP-treated group. On the contrary, the activities of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) was increased by 30. 04% in LBP group. Conclusion:Those suggested that the effects of IBP on blood pressure in 2K1C rats might be related to the decrease of lipid peroxides and the improvement in the balance of relaxation and contraction vasoactive factors.
