| 摘 要： | 目的 阐述一例ＶＨＬ病人ＭＲＩ，ＤＳＡ罕见表现。方法 应用ＭＲＩ和ＤＳＡ检查显示幕上下多发实性成血管细胞瘤。结果 结合家族史、个人史、影像学检查以及手术病理证实其诊断。结论 影像学检查有助于ＶＨＬ病的定性诊断，缩小鉴别诊断范围。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the rare finding of MRI and DSA for von Hippel|Lindau disease. Methods The patient was examined using MRI and DSA,which showed multiple,solid,supratentorial and infratentorial hemangioblastomas. Results Combining with the familial history,individual history,radiology and pathology,the diagnosis of VHL can be made. Conclusion Imaging examination was helpful in making diagnosis for VHL.It narrowed differential diagnosis. [ |
