| 摘 要： | 脐带过短是产科临床上脐带异常的一种，通过对近5年54例脐带过短病例的分析研究，目的为探讨脐带过短对分娩与新生儿的影响，结果显示：1．脐带过短病例在产前亦伴有胎儿宫内窘迫发生；2．脐带过短对产程进展有影响。P＜0．01；3．脐带过短与羊水过少的发生有关系。P＜0．01。
