| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭各分期的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性临床研究方法,收集行中药灌肠治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭住院病例41例次,记录灌肠前后临床症状体征及肾功能指标变化。结果:41例次中药灌肠的总有效稳定率为58.54%,其中肾功能衰竭期患者的总有效稳定率为75.00%,该期患者治疗前后肾功能指标变化有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾功能衰竭期的患者选择以通腑泄浊、活血祛湿、清热解毒为法的中药灌肠治疗临床疗效显著,对延缓肾衰进展有临床意义。
