实施“优质护理示范工程活动”对肺结核患者满意度的影响

目的探讨实施"优质护理示范工程活动"后住院肺结核患者的满意度。方法随机抽取实施"优质护理示范工程活动"试点病房和非试点病房的肺结核患者各120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,采用我院统一设计的患者满意度问卷调查表进行调查,观察两组患者的满意度。结果实施"优质护理示范工程活动"试点病房实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),护患关系和谐、融洽,患者对护理服务满意、认可。结论实施"优质护理示范工程活动"可提高肺结核病患者的满意度,值得推广和建立活动的长效机制。

Investigation on the satisfaction of patients with tuberculosis after "the adequate quality nursing demonstration project"

Objective To investigate the satisfaction of patients with tuberculosis after "the adequate quality nursing demonstration project". Methods 120 patients with tuberculosis selected randomly from the experimental wards with the implementation of "the adequate quality nursing demonstration project" were enrolled as the study group. And 120 patients with tuberculosis selected randomly from the non-experimental wards were enrolled as the control group. The patient satisfaction was investigated in the two groups for using a unified questionnaire designed by our hospital. Results After the implementation of "the adequate quality nursing demonstration project", the study group has significantly higher patient satisfaction degree (P <0.05), in aspect of nurse-patient relationship, nurse’s service attitude, treatment and examination explanation, the interpretation of disease-related knowledge. Conclusion Implementation of "the adequate quality nursing demonstration project" can improve patients’ satisfaction degree, which is worthy to be popularized.
