临床护理路径在结核性胸膜炎患者中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在结核性胸膜炎患者中的效果。方法随机抽取2010年1~12月我科室收治的结核性胸膜炎患者38例,采用临床护理路径进行护理,为观察组;另选取同期我科室38例结核性胸膜炎患者采取常规护理措施,设为对照组,比较两组患者的满意率及护理效果。结果两组护理质量合格率(χ2=3.878,P<0.05)、满意率(χ2=4.790,P<0.05)比较,差异有统计学意义。患者住院天数(t=7.012,P<0.05)和住院费用(t=8.241,P<0.05)比较,差异有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径应用于结核性胸膜炎患者,可以改进护理服务质量,提高患者的对护理服务的满意度,又能控制医疗成本、降低医疗费用,减轻患者负担,因此值得临床推广使用。

Application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of patients suffering Tuberculous Pleurisy

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of patients who suffered from tuberculous pleurisy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 78 patients with tuberculous pleurisy in our hospital from Jan.2010 to Dec.2010.The patients were divided into two groups according to the way of nursing.The application and degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The eligible rate of nursing quality(χ2=3.878,P<0.05) and degree of satisfaction(χ2=4.790,P<0.05) showed statistically significant difference between the two groups.The average length of hospital stay(t=7.012,P<0.05) and the average cost(t=8.241,P<0.05) also showed statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion For patients who suffered from tuberculous pleurisy,the clinical nursing pathway can enhance the nursing quality of hospitals and the degree of satisfaction,decrease the medical cost and lighten the patients’ burden,which thus has great value in clinical application.
