| 摘 要： | 目的评价腹腔镜联合胃镜手术在早期胃间质瘤治疗中的应用效果。方法 2005年1月至2010年1月对30例早期胃间质瘤患者采用腹腔镜联合胃镜手术方法行肿物切除。结果 30例手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间55min,无术后并发症及死亡病例。术后进食恢复时间18~36h,术后平均住院时间5d。结论腹腔镜联合胃镜手术治疗早期胃间质瘤有定位准、创伤小、恢复快的优点,是早期胃间质瘤有效的治疗方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combination of gastroscopy and laparoscopy for treating patients with early gastric stromal tumors. Methods From January 2005 to January 2010, a total of 30 patients with early gastric stromal tumors were treated by gastroscopy combined with laparoscopy. Results The surgery were successfully operated in all the patients. The mean operation time was 55 minutes. The average length of hospital stay was 5 days. The post-operative fasting time was 18~36 h. No complications or death occurred. Conclusion Combination of gastroscopy and laparoscopy is a safe, effective and minimal invasive approach used for the patients with early gastric stromal tumors. |
