封闭式负压引流技术在小腿骨筋膜室综合征中的运用

目的探讨封闭式负压引流(Vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术在小腿骨筋膜室综合征切开减压中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院自2008年1月至2011年3月收治的20例小腿骨筋膜室综合征患者的临床资料。20例患者根据治疗方式分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用VSD治疗,对照组采用常规换药治疗。结果与常规换药组比较,治疗组换药次数少,开始治疗至创面关闭时间短,抗生素使用费用低,住院时间短,医疗费用低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用封闭式负压引流技术治疗小腿骨筋膜室综合征,可以显著降低骨筋膜室压力、减少感染、促进创面愈合,是一种简单有效的治疗方法。

Application of vacuum sealing drainage in the cruris osteofascial compartment syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical application value of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the cruris osteofascial compartment syndrome (OCS) with fasciectomy. Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with the cruris osteofascial compartment syndrome from January, 2008 to March, 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients divided into treatment group and thosecontrol group according to surgical methods. The patients in treatment group received VSD therapy, while those in control group were given the treatment of regular dressing. Results Compared with regular dressing group,treatment group had less times to change dressing, shorter tome from the start of treatment to the close of wound, lower cost of antibiotic use, shorter time of hospital stay, lower medical expenses, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion VSD technology is a simple and effective method in the treatment of OCS, and can significantly reduce the compartment pressure and infection, and promote wound healing.
