阑尾炎的超声诊断与术后病理类型对照分析

目的对照分析急性阑尾炎的超声图像与术后病理类型。方法应用飞利浦iu22彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,将75例急性阑尾炎患者的超声图像与术后病理类型进行比对分析。结果与术后病理对照,75例急性阑尾炎患者中,术前超声检出65例,诊断符合率为87%(65/75)。其中单纯性阑尾炎诊断符合率为64%(7/11);化脓性阑尾炎诊断符合率为86%(37/43);坏疽性阑尾炎诊断符合率为100%(8/8);阑尾穿孔诊断符合率为100%(13/13)。结论超声可以客观判断急性阑尾炎的不同病理类型,能为临床提供可靠的影像依据,有利于临床选择合理的治疗方法。

Comparative analysis on the ultrasonographic diagnosis of appendicitis and the post-operative pathological type

Objective To compare and analyze the ultrasonography of acute appendicitis and the post-operative pathological type.Methods Applying PHILIPS iu22 Color Doppler Ultrasonography,the ultrasonography of 75 patients with acute appendicitis were compared with post-operative pathological type.Results Compared with the post-operative pathological type,65 of the 75 cases(87%,65/75) of acute appendicitis were detected by pre-operative ultrasonography,including 7 cases of simple appendicitis(64%,7/11),37 cases of suppurative appendicitis(86%,37/43),8 cases of gangrenous appendicitis(100%,8/8),and 13 cases of Perforated appendix(100%,13/13).Conclusion Ultrasonography can accurately and objectively diagnose different pathological types of acute appenditicis,which supplies sound proof to choose reasonable clinic therapy.
