卡介苗集中接种在新生儿疫苗安全管理中的应用

目的探讨如何提高卡介苗接种工作的安全性。方法选取2010年出生的1000名新生儿为观察组,接种疫苗的方式采取卡介苗集中接种、乙型肝炎疫苗和卡介苗两种疫苗分开接种的方法;选取2009年出生的1000名新生儿为对照组,接种疫苗的方式采取乙型肝炎疫苗和卡介苗同时接种方法。观察比较两组卡介苗接种不良反应发生率和卡介苗使用数量。结果观察组卡介苗接种不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组卡介苗使用数量较对照组节省678支。结论初生新生儿采取卡介苗集中接种、乙型肝炎疫苗和卡介苗两种疫苗分开接种的方法,能减少卡介苗使用数量,节约医疗资源,提升卡介苗接种工作的安全性。

Application of centralized BCG vaccination in the safety management of neonatal vaccine

Objective To explore the methods for improving the safety of BCG vaccination. Methods 1 000 newborns of 2010 were selected as the study group, received centralized BCG vaccination with hepatitis B vaccine and BCG vaccinated separately. 1 000 newborns of 2009 were enrolled as the control group, with hepatitis B vaccine and BCG vaccinated at the same time. The rate of adverse reactions and the amount of BCG used were observed and compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The amount of BCG used in the study group was 678 pieces less than that in the control group. Conclusion The application of centralized BCG vaccination with hepatitis B vaccine and BCG vaccinated separately for newborns can reduce the amount of BCG used, save the medical resources, and improve the safety of BCG vaccination.
