阿托伐他汀联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变64例疗效观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法对我院收治的120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分入对照组与观察组,观察组56例,采用弥可保治疗,观察组64例,在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血脂及神经传导速度的改变。结果治疗后观察组甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)显著下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为92.2%,显著优于对照组的83.9%(P<0.05);治疗后两组腓总神经及正中神经传导速度显著增加,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合弥可保可显著改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状,提高神经传导速度,疗效优于单纯应用弥可保。

Clinical observation on the effect of Atorvastatin and Methycobal for diabetic peripheral neuropathy:a report of 64 cases

Objective To explore the effect of Atorvastatin and Methycobal for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 120 patietns with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into the control group (treated with methycobal) and the study group (treated by atorvastatin and methycobal). The clinical effect, blood fat and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of TG, TC and LDL in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01); the total effective rate were 92.2% and 83.9%, respectively, in the two groups, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05); Nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the study group were superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, Atorvastatin and Methycobal can improve clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity.
