| 摘 要： | Previous studies have shown that patients with type 2 diabetes and even those with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) have marked higher risk of atherosclerosis than nondiabetic subjects. The relationship between carotid atherosclerosis intima-media thickness (IMT) with glucose tolerance status and insulin sensitivity was studied in the elderly Chinese subjects.
