| 摘 要： | 钙激活钾通道是气道平滑肌细胞上重要的离子通道之一,它与气道张力调控,气道平滑肌的增殖迁移有一定联系,深入的了解它们的结构功能以及调控因素,有助于揭示哮喘的发病机制,并为临床治疗提供依据.

| Abstract: | Calcium-activated potassium channels in airway smooth muscle cells is an importantion channel, which regulate airway tone, airway smooth muscle proliferation and migration of a certain link,in-depth understanding of their structure, function and regulation of factors that contribute to asthma revealed pathogenesis and provide a basis for clinical treatment. |
