| 摘 要： | 目的 比较胃癌患者血清P53蛋白与抗体检测的敏感性.方法 采用间接ELISA法检测胃癌患者血清P53抗体,夹心ELISA法检测胃癌患者血清P53蛋白.结果 胃癌患者血清P53蛋白阳性率为14.0%,抗体阳性率为32.0%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胃癌患者血清P53抗体的检测比P53蛋白的检测更敏感.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the detection sensitivity of serum P53 protein and P53 antibody in patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods Indirect ELISA was adopted to detect serum P53 antibody,and double antibodies sandwich ELISA technique was used to measure serum P53 protein.Results The positive rates of serum P53 protein and P53 antibody were 14.0% and 32.0% respectively,which were with significant difference.Conclusion P53 antibody detection could be more sensitive than P53 protein in patients with gastric carci... |
