| Abstract: | Objective To construct a nursing risk management index system in operating room and then to help administrators analyze nursing risk Methods Literature review and Delphi were applied to identify index weight,then consultation was done with experts.The index weights were gathered and analyzed.Results A nursing risk management index system in operating room,which included 4 primary indices,10 secondary indices and 40 third indices was constructed.Conclusions The nursing risk management index system is beneficial to ensure the safety of perioperative patients and to improve the quality of nursing in operating room. |
