| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application effects of all-round responsibility system and bedside work system in clinical nursing.Methods By using mobile multifunctional nuraing cart,all-round responsibility system and bedside work system were put into practice in clinical nursing,and quality indices of basic nursing and satisfaction of nursing were compared between pre-adopting the new working pattern and post-adopting it.Results Cases of adverse events involved in quality indices of basic nursing descended and satisfaction of patients was increased obviously.Conclusions The new working pattern can provide prompt and effective nuraing services to patients,reduce labour intensity of nurses,improve working efficiency and enhance the communications between patients and nurses. |
