摘    要:目的 观察电针对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠海马区脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响,探讨电针改善脑损伤的机制.方法 建立脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠动物模型.分为假手术组、模型组和电针治疗组.应用免疫组化实验检测各组大鼠海马BDNF蛋白表达变化.结果 假手术组大鼠海马区BDNF蛋白有基础性表达,胞质平均光密度值0.27±0.05.模型组大鼠BDNF蛋白胞质平均光密度值0.18±0.06,较假手术组显著降低(P〈0.01),电针治疗组大鼠BDNF蛋白胞质平均光密度值0.25±0.05,较模型组显著增加(P〈0.01).结论 电针改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤与电针促进BDNF蛋白表达有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture (EA) on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in hippocampus of rats with induced ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The cerebral injury model was induced by acute ischemia-reperfusion in rats. The animals were divided into 3 groups: model group, EA group and sham-opera- tion group. Immunehistochemistry test was used to detect the expression of BDNF protein in hippocampus of rats. Results The expression intensity of BDNF protein in sham-operation group was 0.27 ± 0.05, which was higher than that in the model group (0.18±0.06, P〈0.01); while compared with the model group, the expression of BDNF was increased (0.25±0.05, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion EA can significantly improve the ischemia-reperfusion injury which is possibly related to the increase of BDNF protein expression in hippocampus.
