系统性硬皮病的胸部X线表现

目的 探讨系统性硬皮病的胸部X线表现。方法 回顾性分析58例系统性硬皮病的临床及胸部X线资料。结果 58例系统性硬皮病胸部X线表现异常者32例(55%)，主要表现为肺间质性病变11例，肺实变6例，心脏增大7例，纵隔、肺门淋巴结肿大4例，胸腔积液、胸膜增厚8例，膈肌升高伴活动减弱3例，食管扩张伴活动减弱8例。结论 系统性硬皮病的胸部X线表现没有特异性，但是正确认识它对于及时了解系统性硬皮病胸部病变的发生、程度及其疗效，并对靶器官进行保护性治疗，改善预后，具有重要指导意义。

Chest X-ray manifestations of systemic scleroderma

【Abstract】 Objective To study chest X-ray manifestations of systemic scleroderma.Methods Clinical data and chest X-ray findings of 58 cases with systemic scleroderma were retrospectively analysed.Results Among the cases,chest X-ray findings were abnormal in 32 cases(55%),which included pulmonary interstitial lesions(n=11),consolidation of lung(n=6),cardiac enlargement(n=7),mediastinal and pulmonary hilar lymph nodes enlargement(n=4),pleural thickening or pleural effusions(n=8),diaphragmatic dysfunction(n=3) and esophageal dysmotility(n=8).Conclusion Chest X-ray manifestations of systemic scleroderma are not specific features,but this is very helpful for understanding promptly the onset, severity and therapeutic effect of thoracic diseases, protective treatment of target organ and improvement of prognosis,if it is correctly realized.
