高龄单纯收缩期高血压病患者降压治疗的临床观察

目的 探讨氨氯地平联合替米沙坦降压治疗对高龄单纯收缩期高血压病患者的有效性、安全性及对预后的影响.方法 164例高龄单纯收缩期高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组给予氨氯地平联合替米沙坦降压治疗.对照组为空白对照,仅监测血压水平,不给予药物干预血压.观察两组患者治疗前后的血压水平;随访观察心血管死亡、非致命性卒中、非致命性心肌梗死、心衰住院、不稳定性心绞痛等终点事件.结果 治疗组治疗后收缩压较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3年两组终点事件的发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高龄单纯收缩期高血压1级患者长期应用氨氯地平联合替米沙坦降压治疗安全、有效.

Clinical observation of Antihypertensive Therapy in the Elderly Patients with Isolated Systolic Hypertension

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of the antihypertensive therapy with amlodipine combined with telmisartan in the elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension and its effect on the prognosis.Methods A Total of 164 cases with systolic blood pressure were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received the combined therapy of amlodipine and telmisartan,while the control group received placebos and the monitor of blood pressure.The levels of blood pressure in the two groups were observed and all the patients were followed up to observe the endpoint event including cardiovascular death, non-fatal stroke,non-fatal myocardial infarction,heart failure hospitalization,unstable angina pectoris,etc.Results The levels of systolic pressure were reduced significantly after antihypertensive treatment in the treatment group than in the control group(P< 0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence of endpoint events between the two groups in the 3-year follow-ups(P> 0.05).Conclusion The long-term combined therapy with amlodipine and telmisartan is safe and effective for the elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension of Grade 1.
