正清风痛宁片联合非布司他治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效观察及作用机制研究

目的 探讨正清风痛宁片联合非布司他治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及作用机制.方法 选取2016年3月至2017年6月潮州市人民医院收治的痛风性关节炎患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例.两组均给予膳食调节等非药物疗法,在此基础上,对照组涂抹雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂治疗,观察组加用口服正清风痛宁片与非布司他治疗.对两组临床疗效、生化指标、症状评分及不良反应展开对比分析.结果 观察组其临床治疗的总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗前理化指标和关节症状评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后理化指标水平及关节症状评分等各指标均明显改善,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为16.67%和13.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 正清风痛宁片联合非布司他治疗痛风性关节炎,能够明显减少尿酸的产生,避免形成尿酸盐结晶,从而减轻炎症反应,缓解临床症状.

A Study on the Therapeutic Effect and Mechanism of the Combined Therapy of Zhengqingfengtongning Tablet and Febuxostat in Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Zhengqingfengtongning Tablet combined with Febuxostat in treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods 60 patients with gouty arthritis treated in Chaozhou People's Hospital between March of 2016 and June of 2017 were selected as the observation object and divided into two groups according to the random number table,and each group included 30 cases.Both groups were treated with such non-drug therapy as dietary regulation.In addition,the control group was also treated with Jokul Golden Arhat Acesodyne Liniment and the observation group was given the Zhengqingfengtongning Tablet and Febuxostat orally.The comparisons were made between the two groups in the therapeutic effect,biochemical indicators,symptom scores and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67% and it was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 73.33%(P<0.05).The physicochemical indicators and symptom scores were not significantly different between both groups before treatment (P>0.05),while those in the observation group were much better after treatment and they were significantly different from those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions were 16.67% in the observation group and 13.33% in the control group and they were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhengqingfengtongning Tablet combined with Febuxostat can reduce the inflammatory reactions and relieve the clinical symptoms by reducing the production of uric acid and avoiding the formation of urate crystals in the treatment of gouty arthritis.
