西拉普利(Cilazapril)对自发性高血压大鼠动脉内膜损害的逆转作用

摘    要:为了探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)对原发性小动脉内膜损害的逆转作用,本文用透射电子显徽镜观察3-6个月的自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和正常血压对照大鼠(WKY)肠系膜动脉内膜的超徽结构;及新一代ACEI西拉普利(Cilazapril)治疗对这种损害的影响,结果显示:①与WKY相比,SHR肠系膜动脉内膜腔面有白细胞(WBC)粘附、侵袭、内膜下空间增宽,内皮细胞中线粒体增多、肿胀、变性。②Cilazapril治疗三个月后SHR血压得到有效控制,死亡率明显下降,以上血管内膜改变减轻或消失。提示原发性高血压血管内膜有超徽结构损害,Cilazapril治疗能逆转这种血管损害。

Abstract:In this paper,the ultrastructrue of arterial inner membrane of rat with essential hy-pertension was studied with transmission electronmicrorcope and the reversal function of cilazapril tothe ultrastructural lesions was investigated.It was shown that the major alterations were adherenceandinvasion of WBC to arterial inner membrane,broadened subendothelium, mitochondrial enlarge-ment,degeneration and increase in number.It was found that these lesions could be reversed and thedeath rate of rat with essential hypertension lowered when treated with cilazapril.
