摘    要:目的 探讨职业有害因素铅、砷、苯等对正常人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的影响,方法 采集正常人外周血进行染毒试验,分析染色体畸变细胞率。结果 高浓度染铅与染砷,其染色体畸变类型有明显差异。结论 染色体畸变类型的改变与接毒因素及接毒浓度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the chromosomal aberration (CA) in lymphocytes caused by lead,arsenic,and benzene.Methods The posisions were added into the normal blood and culture. The rates of CA in lymphocytes were calculated .Results After adding lead and arsenic in high concentrations, the significant CA was found. Conclusion The type of CA is related to the poi-sions in different kinds and concentration.
