二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

目的:观察二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法:选择青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者78例,随机分为两组,研究组40例采用二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗,对照组38例采用妈富隆治疗,用药3个周期,观察治疗前后临床表现、性激素、体重指数、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素等变化。结果:两组治疗后痤疮明显改变、月经恢复、血LH、T明显下降(P<0.01),LH/FSH下降、空腹血糖无变化;研究组体重指数明显下降(P<0.01),空腹胰岛素水平下降、IR下降(P<0.05)。结论:采用二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗青春期PCOS,能有效降低雄激素水平、改善胰岛素抵抗,疗效满意,且优于单用妈富隆。

A study on the effects of Metformin combined with Mavelon in puberty women with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective：To study the effects of Metformin combined with Mavelon in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOD）. Methods ： 78 patients with PCOD from our hospital were randomly divided into tow groups, experimental group treated with Metformin combined with Mavelon, control group was treated with Mavelon only, the situation of menstruation cycle, the degree of acne, body mass index （BMI）, as well as gonadotropine （FSH, LH）, testosterone （T）, the levels of fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin and HMOA-IR were measured in all patients before and after treatment. Results： The degree of acne and menstruation cycle were improved in both groups, LH.T levels and LH/FSH were decreased, but no change of fasting blood glucose level was found; BMI （P〈0. 01）, fasting insulin level and HMOA-IR （P〈0. 05） were significantly decreased in Experimental group. Conclusion： Metformin combined with Mavelon can effectively decrease androgen level, improve insulin resistance in puberty women with polycystic ovary syndrome, its curative effects are better than only using.
