| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形的矫正方法。方法:对68例移位的组织进行完全游离及复位,通过埋没导引针将患侧鼻翼软骨悬吊于健侧的侧鼻软骨,鼻翼外侧脚内收,矫正鼻中隔偏曲,用鼻中隔软骨或耳甲软骨行患侧鼻翼软骨支架的重建,实现鼻畸形的综合矫正。结果:68例均一期愈合,68例中54例随访3~12个月,优38例,良16例。结论:埋没导引法联合鼻中隔软骨切除自体软骨移植可有效地矫正鼻中隔偏曲和鼻部下端畸形,移位组织的完全游离及复位是单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形修复的基础。
