血脂异常患者健康知识与健康促进生活方式的调查分析

目的调查血脂异常患者(以下简称"患者")健康知识与健康生活方式的现状,为采取针对性的健康教育策略提供依据和参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、血脂健康知识调查表、健康促进生活方式量表(Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile,HPLP),对90例患者进行相关的问卷调查。结果患者的健康知识总体高、中、低水平分别占22.22%、67.78%、10.00%;患者HPLP总体水平优、好、一般分别为21.11%、55.56%、23.33%。结论血脂异常患者需要提高健康知识水平,改善生活方式,从而减轻或治愈血脂异常,减少或延缓心脑血管病的发生与发展。

Investigation on health knowledge and health-promoting lifestyle among patients with dyslipidemia

Objective To investigate the health knowledge and health-promoting lifestyle among patients with dyslipidemia, in order to provide a scientific basis for targeted measures of health education. Methods A questionnaire survey was con- ducted in 90 patients with dyslipidemia by General Information Questionnaire,Health Knowledge of Dyslipidemia Questionnaire and Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile（HPLP）. Results On the overall level of health knowledge,patients reaching high level, middle level and low level took up 22.22%,67.78% and 10.00% respectively. When it came to the level of HPLP , 21.11% of the patients were excellent,55.56% were good and 23.33% were less than good. Conclusions Judging by the specific situa- tion of patients＇ health knowledge and the level of their lifestyle,nurses should take individualized strategies of health education to improve the patients＇ health knowledge and lifestyle,so as to alleviate or cure dyslipidemia and delay or reduce the occurrence and development of cerebrovascular diseases.
