| 摘 要： | 复方头孢氨苄胶囊系头孢氨苄和甲氧苄氨嘧啶的复方制剂，应用双波长倍增差法［１］可同时测定二种组分的含量，且不用分离提取．此法简便、快速、准确．平均回收率为：头孢氨苄：９９．４３％；甲氧苄氨嘧啶：９９．９０％．

| Abstract: | Capsule Cephalexin
Composite is a compound preparation of cephalexin and trimetho-prim.
Using dual-wavelength multiplication differential method without
isolating and extract-ing the content of the two components can be
determined at once.The result shows that the method is simple,rapid
and accurate. The average recovery of cephalexin is 99. 43%and
99.90%for trimethoprim. |
