浅谈药师对医疗保险费用控制的重要作用

目的：探讨药师控制医疗保险费用的途径及其体现出的重要作用。方法根据药师的职责以及当前社会发展过程中对医院药师的新要求,通过药师参与处方、医嘱审核及住院患者治疗过程为切入点,体现药师在临床治疗过程中所起的作用。结果药师在医疗保险费用控制中发挥了积极的作用,在一定程度上促进了医疗保险政策的落实。结论药师通过参与临床治疗过程,能促进临床合理用药,缩短患者住院时间,有效地控制医疗费用增长,降低药品不良反应,减少了社会医药资源的浪费。

Discussion on the Important Role of Ppharmacists in Medical Insurance Expense Control

Objective To study the method of medicine control health insurance fees and reflects the important role.MethodsAccording to pharmacists responsibilities of hospital pharmacists in the process of the current social development and the new requirements,by pharmacists prescription,doctor＇s advice to review and inpatient treatment process as the breakthrough point,reflect the pharmacist＇s role in the process of clinical treatment.Results Pharmacists in the medical insurance has played a positive role in cost control,to a certain extent,promote the implementation of medical insurance policy.Conclusions Pharmacist participating in clinical treatment,can promote the clinical rational drug use,shorten in-hospital time,effectively control increase of medical costs,reduce the adverse drug reactions,reduce the waste of the social medical resources.
