慢性萎缩性胃炎寒湿入络病机探讨

慢性萎缩性胃炎是以胃黏膜固有腺体减少为主要病理表现的疾病,其病程较长,久病入络,可归属中医络病范畴。文章从"寒湿入络"角度对慢性萎缩性胃炎的发生、病理变化及治疗进行了论述,认为"脾胃虚弱,寒湿之邪,深伏胃络"为慢性萎缩性胃炎的根本病机,临床上应以健脾化湿,辛温通络为治疗原则。经临床验证该法不论对于慢性萎缩性胃炎症状改善,还是胃黏膜萎缩的病理逆转均有显著疗效。

Study on pathogenesis of cold and dampness in collaterals based on chronic atrophic gastritis

Reduction of gastric mucosa lamina propria glands is the main symptom of the chronic atrophic gastritis.The course of the disease is long,pathogen usually intruding into collateral in protracted disease,so the disease is attributed in TCM collateral disease.This article has discussed the occurrence,pathological changes and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis from the’cold and dampness into collaterals’angle and summarized basic pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis asdue to ’spleen-stomach weakness,cold and dampness penetrate deeply into stomach meridian’and treated by inviorating spleen to eliminate dampness and using pungent-warm drugs for dredging collaterals for treatment principle in clinic.By clinical validation,the methods has a significant effect in improving the symptom and pathological changes of gastric mucosal atrophy.
