100例脑出血周围血象变化特点分析

目的：探讨脑出血患者周围血象变化的特点。方法：对确诊的100例脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：100例出血患者中,白细胞增多68例,占脑出血总数的68%,而红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、血小板数未见增多。结论：脑出血患者存在应激反应、脑组织损伤及出血、并发感染、使用糖皮质激素史等,上述因素均可使脑出血患者的白细胞增多。脑出血患者的白细胞增高,不全是感染因素,临床医生要合理应用抗生素。

One hundred cases of intracerebral hemorrhage in peripheral blood cell changes

Objective：To explore the characteristics of the peripheral blood of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods：The clinical data of 100 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were reviewed retrospectively.Results：100 patients with this bleeding,leukocytosis in 68 cases,accounting for 68% of the total number of intracerebral hemorrhage,while the red cell count,hemoglobin,platelet count not increased.Conclusion：The stress response in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,brain damage and bleeding,complicated infections,use of glucocorticoid,the appeal of which will make more white blood cells in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Increased white blood cells in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,incomplete factors of infection,clinicians must be rational application of antibiotics.
