| 摘 要： | 咖啡斑是一种常见的表皮色素沉着性疾病,目前激光治疗是其主要治疗手段,其中包括Q-开关Nd：YAG激光、Q开关红宝石激光等,但单一使用这些方法疗效并不理想.咖啡斑的高复发率,治疗中对周围皮肤的损伤,以及咖啡斑对激光反应的不稳定性是目前咖啡斑治疗中的重点和难点.近年来,随着对咖啡斑发病机制、组织病理的深入研究,人们开始考虑针对其组织病理及发病机制的一些特点采取相应的综合治疗,以获得更佳的疗效.

| Abstract: | Café-au-lait spots are a usual kind of skin disease characterized by epidermal pigmentation.They are mainly treated by lasers,which include Q-switched Nd：YAG laser,Q-switched ruby strategies have been developed to target the pathogenesis and histopathological changes in order to achieve better outcomes. |
