| 摘 要： | 胃包如病是蒙医内科常见多发病之一,但对其诊疗尚缺乏共识指南。文章通过简述国内外制定诊疗指南的现状及发展趋势,论述了制定蒙医胃包如病诊疗共识指南的必要性,提出了制定蒙医胃包如病诊疗共识指南的思路与方法,即组建多学科人员组成的研究团队,遵循指南制订原则,采用适合蒙医特色的文献研究、整理名老专家经验、专家问卷调查与专家论证相结合的研究方法等。针对蒙医学特点与现实,探索符合蒙医自身特点的诊疗指南制定方法与步骤。

| Abstract: | Weibaoru is a common disease in traditional Mongolian medicine(TMM),but no consensual guidelines to diagnose and treat for the disease now.Here,we describe the necessity of setting consensual guidelines,an idea that how to formulating the consensual guidelines to diagnose and treat for the disease.Our idea is that: organizing a research group that consist of multiple research field scientist,they establish a rule for the procedures of the guidelines formulation;and according it to research on literature,make a questionnaire survey of experts,and demonstrate the guideline from expert conference,etc.According to TMM’s characteristics and reality,explore methods and steps of making consensual guidelines. |
