| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同寄主植物对菟丝子药材质量的影响。方法:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、紫外分光光度法(UV)等方法,测定19个菟丝子药材中主要成分的含量。结果:菟丝子中总黄酮平均含量(1.63%)高于南方菟丝子(1.42%);寄生于大豆、黄芩、绿豆等植物上的菟丝子及南方菟丝子黄酮含量较高。结论:寄主植物影响菟丝子药材的成分及含量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the influence of different hosts on quality in Semen Cuscutae.Methods: The principal chemical contents of 19 Semen Cuscutae are determined by the methods of HPLC and UV.Results: The content of total flavonoids(1.63%)in C.chinensis is higher than that in C.chinensis(1.42%).The flavonoids contents are higher in Semen Cuscutae growing on Glycine max,Scutelliaria baicalensis and Phaseolus radiatus than on other plants.Conclusion: Hosts influent the ingredients and contents of Semen Cuscutae. |
